报告人简介：

Dr. Shaohua Yang is an Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Deputy Director of the Teaching Superintendence Center at the School of Economics and Finance, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under the Ministry of Education in 2006 and 2014, she pursued visiting research at the Department of Economics, Florida State University (FSU), and the McCoy College of Business Administration, Texas State University (TSU), respectively. During her stay at TSU, she also contributed to the Bilingual Teaching Assessment and Research Center within the College of Education. Dr. Yang has led a National Social Science Foundation of China (NSSFC) project (2013) and served as the principal investigator for research teams in one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project (2008) and one National Key Social Science Research Project (2009). She has published more than 20 academic papers in top-tier journals and delivered thematic training programs on practical management, organizational culture, business negotiation, and business English for government agencies and large state-owned enterprises.

This report focuses on crafting a high-quality literature review once the dissertation topic and framework have been finalized. It covers the significance, core content, and structural layout of a literature review, along with key considerations for the preparation phase. A well-executed literature review lays a solid foundation for the subsequent development of the dissertation.
